Thalapathy 65: Manoj Paramahamsa to crank the camera for Vijay - Murugadoss film
Manoj Paramahamsa to ditch Prabhas film to handle the camera for Vijay - AR Murgadoss film?
Renowned director AR Murugadoss is all set to direct Vijay's 65 film, tentatively titled 'Thalapathy 65' to be produced by Sun Pictures. This will be the fourth time Vijay and AR Murugadoss will be joining hands after 'Thuppakki', 'Kaththi' and 'Sarkar'.
While an official announcement of the movie is expected soon, director AR Murugadoss is busy selecting the cast and crew for the film.
So far we learned writer Selvaraj and Composer Thaman are on board for the film. Earlier reports suggest Santhosh Sivan, the renowned cinematographer who cranked the camera for the 'Thuppakki', is joining the crew of Thalapathy 65. However report surface that the maker are in talk with Manoj Paramahamsa to crank the camera.
Manoj debuted in 'Eeram' produced by director Shankar and his work was greatly appreciated by critics. He is known for his work in 'Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa', 'Poovarasam Peepee' and 'Enai Noki Paayum Thota'.
Manoj Paramahamsa is currently working on Prabha's 'Radhe Shyam', the shoot of the film is expected to resume by end of this month or early October. The multi-lingual mega budget 'Radhe Shyam' has been in production for 2.5 years and completed 60% of the shoot.
Having 40% shoot left for 'Radhe Shyam', sources say that Manoj might quit Prabhas' film to handle the camera for 'Thalapathy 65', if both the films overlap.
The film industry is shocked by Manoj Paramahamsa's decision to leave Prabhas film, which was made on a budget of Rs 500 crore and will be released across India.
Meanwhile, the fans are eagerly awaiting the release of Lokesh Kanagaraj directed 'Master', which features an ensemble star cast that includes Vijay, Vijay Sethupathi, Andrea Jeremiah, Malavika Mohanan, Shantanu Bhagyaraj, Arjun Das, Sriman, Srinath, Sanjeev Gouri Kishan, Brigida and VJ Ramya.
