Like kollyinsider reported, Lokesh Kanagaraj, who is awaiting the release of the Vijay's 'Master', will be joining hands with Kamal Haasan for his next and the official announcement has been made.

Kamal Haasan on Wednesday announced a film with young director Lokesh Kanagaraj. “Another journey begins,” tweeted Kamal. The announcement poster of the film features a silhouette of Kamal embossed by a collection of guns with the caption: "Once upon a time there lived a ghost..."

Anirudh Ravichander has been roped in to compose music for the film. The poster also reveals that the film will be out Summer 2021.

“Aandavarukku Nandri,” tweeted Lokesh Kanagaraj while announcing the project. He shared a poster which read, 'Once upon a time there lived a ghost.' Lokesh also wrote, "Aandavarukku Nandri (sic)." Die-hard fans of Kamal lovingly call the actor ‘Aandavar’, which is Tamil for god. And Lokesh is thanking ‘god’ in his tweet.

Meanwhile, the music director of the film, Anirudh took his twitter and shared the poster with hashtag #EvanendruNinaithai. Though the tile of the film is not officially revealed, this Kamal Haasan's 232nd film title has been speculated to be 'Evanendru Ninaithai'.

Even before the release of Master, Lokesh Kanagaraj has announced the details regarding his next directorial venture. Lokesh Kanagaraj will be joining hands with Kamal Haasan for the first time and the film will be produced under the banner Raaj Kamal Films International. It is said that Bigg Boss fame Tharshan will play an important role in this film.

It was speculated earlier that Lokesh's next would star Rajinikanth in the lead and be bankrolled by Kamal. It was also expected that Kamal would be doing a cameo role in the film. Reliable sources state that Kamal Haasan 232 will be a fresh script.

Meanwhile Lokesh Kanagaraj is working on the post production of his upcoming film, Master. Produced by Xavier Britto under XB Film Creators, the film features Vijay, Vijay Sethupathi, Malavika Mohanan, Andrea Jeremiah, Shanthanu Bhagyaraj, Lintu Rony, Gouri Kishan, Ramya Subramanian and Soundarya Nandakumar in significant roles.
