Thalapathy Vijay’s niece Sneha Britto is all set to marry her boyfriend, Atharvaa’s brother Akash Murali on August 24th at the Santhome Church in Chennai.

Sneha Britto is S.A. Chandrasekhar's sister's granddaughter. Akash Murali, son of late actor Murali, is prepping up for his debut in his films and he is into the restaurant business.

Akash Murali and Sneha Britto had their engagement in December 2019 at the Leela Palace in Chennai. It is learnt that Sneha Britto and Akash Murali studied MBA together in Singapore and fell in love. Since they belong to different religion it took a few years for them to convince their respective parents.

Sneha Britto is the daughter of Xavier Britto, producer of Vijay’s upcoming movie Master.
Sneha and Akash will get married on 24th August at Sainthom Church in Chennai and Thalapathi Vijay will attend the wedding with his family and Atharva Murali and her family with limited guestsdue to the Covid-19 pandemic situation. The families have assured the authorities of taking all the Covid-19 safety precautions.

While a maximum of only 50 members are allowed for a marriage occasion per government rules, both bride and groom family released a statement that reads "With the blessings of God and family, Akash-Sneha's wedding is scheduled to take place on August 24. We have decided to hold this wedding in the presence of limited family members from both sides considering the safety of everyone due to the current pandemic lockdown. We feel sadden that the couple couldn't get all your blessings with your presence on this occasion. We seek your presence for the couple's wedding-reception and bless the newly wed after things are normal"
On the occasion of the wedding, arrangements have been made to provide all three meals for the day tomorrow to 2500 people staying in orphanages across the city.
