Sivakarthikeyan, one of the most bankable star in Kollywood, raised to stardom from a Television personality. We have seen his journey from a guy-next-door to a popular star with a strong fan base.

The multi-talented star is one of the most prominent personalities in Tamil film industry. The actor is now listed in India's 50 Most Desirable Men for 2019 by Times India. To be noted he is the only personality from Tamilnadu in the list and Siva featured in the 50th spot.

The eligibility includes men under age of 40 coming from the Indian film industry to the sports world and many more, that have made their mark in one way or another.
Sivakarthikeyan, who is a new entrant in the list said "Desirability, according to me, is being yourself. We have to be ourselves at all places, at all times. That is the most basic requirement. Beauty is very internal, you have to be beautiful inside out. That is permanent", in the video interview.
