Yes, you read it right. Director Bala is getting ready to make a multi-starrer. As soon as his current venture ‘Thaarai Thappattai’ hits the screens, the ace filmmaker will start his next, which will have Aravind Swamy, Arya, Vishal, Rana Daggubati and Atharva in the lead.

Interestingly, Arya, Vishal and Atharva have already worked with Bala, in films such as ‘Naan Kadavul’, ‘Avan Ivan’ and ‘Paradesi’, respectively. While Aravind Swamy and Rana will join hands with the director for the first time.

According to sources, shooting for the yet untitled movie will begin in January 2016 and Bala is Planning to make it in record time. “He will start working on the project after Pongal,” sources added.

In the meantime, the National award winning filmmaker is currently busy with the post-production works of ‘Thaarai Thappattai’. Starring M Sasikumar and Varalakshmi in lead roles, it is the 1000th musical venture of maestro Ilayaraja.
