Film director and father of actor Dhanush Kasthooriraja today said that he will file a defamation suit and claim damages from financier Mumndchand Bothra for allegedly tarnishing his image and inflicting mental agony.

Addressing media persons today, Kasthooriraja said, 'the financier had forged documents and claimed that he owed him Rs 65 lakh. when police refused to accept the complaint, he went to George Town County again and again.

''After three years of legal battle, the court has dismissed Bothra's case. They have clearly stated that he had forged documents'.

Kasthuri Raja said, 'For all the trauma that I underwent for these years, I will file a defamation case against Bothra'.
