Venkat Prabhu’s Masss starring Suriya and Nayantara in lead roles is in post production stage. Studio Green and 2D Entertainment, the producers of this movie have officially announced the release date as May 15th, will clash with UTV's 'Purampokku Engira Podhuvudamai'.

Well, usually there are buzzes before the film’s release that it has done so and so business, but to a surprise, here is something more sensational. A single theatre named ‘Aruna Theatre’ in Kanchipuram has acquired the theatrical rights of this cinema hall for a whopping amount of Rs.42Lacs. This is the first ever time, a single theatre has done such a huge business in the part of Kanchipuram. Everyone is keeping the fingers crossed about this film ‘Masss’ as it brings open a new genre in Tamil cinema. The film is produced by K.E. Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green and will have a release by Dream Factory.

Makers planned to release the album of the movie anytime soon. The trailer of the movie is expected to launch along with the audio or followed by that.

‘Masss’ is a supernatural thriller directed by Venkat Prabhu and stars Suriya, Nayanthara, Pranitha, Premji Amaran, Jayaram , Karunaas , Mottai Rajendran and Parthiban. The music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

Now Suriya is working with his new project movie is 24 which is directed by Vikram Kumar. So the Suriya fans are eagerly waiting for MASSS movie.
