Music composer GV Prakash’s Darling turned out to be a big hit and his next release will be Pencil.

Speaking at a press meet for his recently successful debut Darling, GV Prakash also took a host of questions from the online fans., especially on what inspired him to take up acting, GV Prakash said that Ilayathalapathy Vijay was the first to encourage him to take up acting. He revealed that Vijay and Sangeetha gave him the most memorable feedback for Darling.

“Vijay sir is one of the best persons I have met in the industry. Vijay sir was the first one to say that I should act,” told GV Prakash.

One of the most successful music composers and AR Rahman’s nephew, GV Prakash added that his next outing Pencil will be a stylish and unique film as against the normal school film.

When asked about Ajith, GV Prakash said, “The best thing I like about Ajith Sir is self confidence.” GVP also confirmed that Vijay will sing in his next untitled film Vijay 59 to be directed by Atlee. Vijay 59 marks GV Prakash’s 50th film.

Ilayathalapathy Vijay is currently busy shooting for Puli movie. Vijay will move on to director’s Atlee project, once he completes Puli. Speaking to a leading daily, Editor Rubens said that Vijay 59 storyline is an action film with a nice love track. He also revealed that Vijay also liked the script.

Earlier, beautiful actress Nayantara is considered for the role but she backed out of the project because of her jam-packed schedule. The latest update is that the makers of Vijay 59 are trying to approach Bollywood sizzling actress Deepika Padukone to romance Vijay in Vijay 59. It is heard that actress Sonakshi Sinha will also be considered for the role.

Vijay 59 will be directed by Atlee while produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu. GV Prakash Kumar is composing the music for this film. The shooting of Vijay 59 is reportedly starts from June 2015.Vijay will be playing the role of a tough cop in Vijay 59.
