Director Vasanthabalan's Kaaviya Thalaivan is releasing in theaters this Friday [Nov 28] with huge expectations from the trade and audiences alike.

Kaaviya Thalaivan is said to be filmed on the lives of stage artists in the pre-Independence era. Ensemble cast of Kaaviya Thalaivan includes Siddharth, Vedhika, Prithviraj, Anaika Soti, Nassar, Thambi Ramaiah and others.

AR Rahman has composed the music and background for Kaaviya Thalaivan, while Nirav Shah has cranked the camera and Praveen KL has edited the movie.

Sashikanth of YNOT Studios and Varun Manian of Radiance Media have jointly produced Kaaviya Thalaivan with lavish visuals and front line technicians from Tamil cinema.

Kaaviya Thalaivan is simultaneously releasing in Malayalam today as Pradhi Nayagan.
