The issue surrounding Vijay's "Kaththi" has been resolved and the film is all set to hit screens on 22 October as a Diwali...
The start of the movie, Vijay has comes up on seeing the Kaththi issue. Ilayathalapathy Vijay has sent out a press statement related to the ongoing Kaththi issue.
He has also mentioned how the producers of Lyca Production have agreed to remove their name and Logo from the posters and digital prints of the film, due to the protests from some Tamil outfits. With the agreement of removal of their name from the posters, banners etc the issue seems to be sorted out.
Illayathalapathy Vijay also was so thankful to the theater owners and his producers for their support on the issue.
And Vijay also thanked Jayalalitha, the Tamil Nadu police , the theater Owners in the state and his makers for their backing in the continuous issue. Vijay closed by wishing all a happy Deepavali and appeled to his fans and film darlings to delight in Kaththi in theaters.
Vijay concluded by thanking everyone who was involved in making the filim successful and thanked the Production company (LYCA) for agreeing for removing their name in TN.

Finally Kaththi is releasing tomorrow (ie. 22nd Oct). without any issues.
