Now this calls for a surprise to Tamil cinema lovers. After a maverick director Selvaraghavan and Aishwarya Dhanush, there is one more director from producer Kasthuriraja's family. It is none other than Gitanjali, wife of Selvaraghavan.

It was recently, Gitanjali Selvaraghavan has started shooting for her directorial debut titled 'Maalainerathu Mayakkam', story written by Selvaraghavan. Gitanjali is very excited about her first directorial and thanks Selva for the beautiful script.

"Like all I'm also waiting for Selva's movie, but I respect father's decision to spend his quality time with children.", says Gitanjali and hopes Selvaraghavan changes his decision and comes back with an explosive idea soon.
