Looks like Anjali is back to signing films. The actress, who has been maintaining a low profile ever since she found herself to be in trouble on the personal front — is now busy listening to scripts and signing films in the south.

While sources say she has been approached to play one of the leads in Suraaj’s film with Jayam Ravi, she is also rumoured to play the lead in Shakeela’s biopic.

A source close to the actress tells us, “Anjali has been getting offers in Tamil and Malayalam. She is also committed to two films in Telugu and one in Kannada. She has put the past behind her and is concentrating on her career.”

The source adds, “Anjali was shooting for the last 20 days in Bangkok, Thailand for her Telugu film. It’s a horror comedy, and she plays the protagonist in it. The film, a Kona Venkat project, gives her scope to perform and prove her mettle again. She has been working out to maintain her physique and is, in fact, looking better than before. She is back in Hyderabad now and is likely to come to Chennai this weekend to finalize her Tamil films.”
