A source reveals that Vijay and Nesan were bowled over by beautiful locations of Osaka, Japan. They were impressed by ancient sculptures and monuments that had an old charm. But when they landed in Osaka and planned to start the shooting, the authorities didn’t give permission.

As there was a tension in the city due to the earthquake scare and torrential rain, the Jilla team was denied the permission. The movie bosses was worried because cancellation or the postponement of the shoots would turn costly for the producer.
