Few weeks earlier we reported that production house Sri Satya Sai confirmed the news on it's press release saying... "Ajith has signed Gautham's film, which is a high-budget project. The film will be produced by Sri Satya Sai Movies and will go on floors from Feb 2014. Other details about the cast and crew are yet to be finalised," said a statement from the production house.
Latest update is, Ajith - Gautham Menon shoot to start from Feb 15th. The director himself said in this twitter page,
Very happy to be back at shoot after almost a year of waiting. STR now(day and night)and looking forward to AJITH sir from february 15th.Gautham had recently started shooting for "Dhruva Natchathiram", but it had to be called off following some differences with Suriya.

Meanwhile, Ajith's is currently working on Tamil rural drama "Veeram", which is confirmed to release for Pongal.
