Acclaimed director Selvaraghavan and his wife Gitanjali have been blessed with a baby boy today.
The ace director married Gitanjali Raman, daughter of former Advocate General of Tamil Nadu P S Raman on July 3, 2011. The couple already have a daughter named Leelavathi and are now happy to have a baby boy.

Gitanjali had apprenticed with Selvaraghavan in movies like Ayirathil Oruvan, last year in Chennai. Selvaraghavan is currently making a bilingual film titled Irandam Ulagam starring Arya and Anushka which is produced by UTV Motion Pictures. The much awaited film is expected to hit the screens for Diwali.

"The mother and the baby boy are doing fine. He was born early this morning in a private hospital," a family relative told IANS. Selvaraghavan, brother of Dhanush, is known for films such as "Kadhal Kondein" and "Pudhupettai". He is currently awaiting the release of Tamil fantasy-drama "Irandam Ulagam".
Selva was earlier married to actress Sonia Agarwal, but they filed for divorce in 2009 and were granted the same in 2010.
