Music composer G V Prakash will be donning the lead role in a film. Mani who was earlier an assistant to director Gautham Menon is directing this film.


The film has been titled Pencil. Prakash is donning the role of 12th class student.

There was news that Priya Anand will be pairing with Prakash in this film. Now it has been confirmed that Oodha Color Ribbon Sri Divya will pair with him. Gopi Amarnath who had handled the camera for Pizza will be handling the camera for Pencil.

The shooting of this film will commence during the month of December. Though G V Prakash is the hero of this film, he will also be composing the music. There are four songs in this film.
