Sivakarthikeyan's next film titled Maaan Karate will have its formal pooja on 10th July. Thirukumaran who was a former associate of AR Murugadoss will wield the megaphone for the movie while Hansika is zeroed in as the leading lady.

AR Murugadoss and Escape artists Madhan are jointly producing the film and the former has also penned the script for the flick. Sukumar of Kumki fame is taking charge of the camera and Anirudh Ravichandran will provide the soundtrack.

The movie to be shot in the locales of Chennai, Bangalore and Athirapally will roll its camera from the month of August.
