Gautham Vasudev Menon's Dhruva Natchathiram with Surya was kicked off yesterday. The Latest buzz on the movie is that Sameera Reddy, Simren and Parthiban have been roped in to play crucial roles in the movie. Gautham Menon is still on the look out for a fresh face to play the female lead.

Dhruva Natchathiram has the likes of A.R Rahman, Editor Antony's technical brilliance to boast off.

Parthiban, by attending the pooja launch of Gautham Vasudev Menon’s Surya starrer Dhruva Natchathiram confirmed that he is part of the cast.

Now the latest buzz is that the film will have two heroines. The buzz is that one of the heroines is going to be Simran, and she will be paired opposite Parthiban.

Meanwhile Gautham Menon is on the lookout for another heroine to be cast opposite Surya.
Sources say that the heroine chosen should speak Tamil as it very important for the characterisation.

There are rumours that Priya Anand is being talked about for the role A R Rahman is composing the mu.

Simran's second innings

Sultry siren Simran, who was placed among top heroines sometime back, has been away from films for a while. Simran, who recently turned as TV host, is all set for a grand comeback.

Simran is likely to team up with director Gautham Vasudev Menon and she will be seen opposite Suriya. And the title of the film is 'Dhruva Natchathiram'.

However, this is not first time that the duo was seen together as they sizzled in 'Surya S/o Krishnan' and the movie was also directed by Gautham Menon.

Though there is no clue on whether the film is also made in Telugu or not, considering that Suriya and Simran have an image among Telugu audiences, the makers might release it in Telugu as well. So, looks like, this is a season of comeback. Simran is back on track!
