Married life between Revathi and Suresh Menon were in doldrums even from the very next day, but they managed to live together all these days since 1986.

Revathi, whose original name is Asha Kelunni married director Suresh Menon – both of them from Kerala – on 10th September 1986.

Since then, several news papers and magazines reported different stories about the couples quarrel.

It is said that the couple started living in the same house but separately for quite sometime now.

On 1st October 2012, the couple with mutual consent approached a family court in Chennai to give them divorce.

To be noted is that the couple had no children.

The city family court is expected to give them divorce by 22nd of this month.
