Super Star Rajinikanth’s “Chandramukhi” was a successful film in all the versions. Chandramukhi stars Rajini, Prabhu, jothika and Nayanthara in lead roles.
While Vadivelu, Nassar, Vinith and Malavika played in key roles. Chandramukhi held a bundle of stars together in one film. This film was a comedy plus horror based story that directed by P Vasu and produced by Sivaji Productions.

Now the latest buzz is that Sivaji Productions and P Vasu have been holding special discussions about taking Chandramukhi 2 in Tamil. The makers are looking for Rajini to do it as well. If Rajini fails to do this film then the next choice will be Ajith to play the Rajini’s role.

At the same time the performance of Asal failed at the box office so Ajith had assured Sivaji Productions to do another film for them. So if possible we can see Ajith in Rajini’s place in near future.
