Not many can forget the film Nadodigal by Samuthirakani in Kollywood. Featuring Sasikumar and Ananya in the lead, the flick did well commercially and clicked with the masses, besides being critically acclaimed.


Now, this film will see a Bollywood remake. It is heard that the Hindi remake rights of the film have been bought at a high price. And guess who has bought the rights – it’s none other than film director Priyadarshan.

The title is out as well – the film will be called Rangrez in Hindi. It is heard that Priyan has castproducer Vashu Bhagnani’s son Jacky Bhagnani to play Sasikumar’s role. Priya Anand will reprise Ananya’ role, while the rest of the cast will be debutants mostly.
