Director Seeman told that actor Vijay would definitely regretting for not playing in his yet to launch project Pagalavan

Director Seeman said that he will be making Pagalavan with Jiiva in the lead. Initially, Vijay had agreed to play the lead role in this film after hearing out the script.
But for some reason, he opted out at the last moment for reasons best known to him.

Seeman has now announced that Jiiva will be playing the hero instead of Vijay in Pagalavan and the ball has set rolling. He added that Vijay will realise his mistake of rejecting the offer when this film hits the screens, said Seeman.
