While the whole Tamil film industry is taking a break during the time of the FEFSI – Producers' Council provoked strike the directors are not willing to waste their time that they have got.

Director Selvaraghavan, who had completed the first schedule of 'Irandaam Ulagam', has now left for Brazil to scout locations for his next schedule for the film. A L Vijay, who was going to start his 'Thaandavam' with Vikram, has gone to US to fix locations for his film.

Earlier, it was read in media that A R Murugadoss and cameraman-turned-director Santhosh Sivan had planned to do short films during the break that they have got because of the strike.

'Irandaam Ulagam' has Arya and Anushka and 'Thaandavam' has Vikram, Anushka and Amy Jackson in the lead characters. A R Murugadoss is directing 'Thuppakki' that Vijay and Kajal Agarwal are playing the lead and Santhosh Sivan is doing the camera work for the film.
