Manoj Bajpayee won rave reviews for his performance in Rajneeti, the latest we hear is that he has been roped in to play a negative role in Vishal-Trisha starrer Samaran.

It is worth mentioning that Aravind Swamy was offered a negative role in the movie but later he opted out of the movie raising more questions if Manoj Baypayee has replaced Aravind Swamy. Manoj Bajpayee was in Bangkok to shoot some important sequences for the movie.The actor said that he will not speculate about his role in this movie but he confessed that he has a very powerful role to that of Vishal's.Meanwhile, a close source also adds that J D Chakravarthy who was seen in Arya-Trisha starrer Sarvam is also playing a pivotal role in the movie.Samaran is directed by Theeratha Vilayatu Pillai fame Thiru and has Yuvan Shankar Raja scoring the music.
