Rajinikanth’s son-in-law Dhanush is featured on the grand finale of Zee Tv’s singing reality tv show Star Ya Rockstar along with the guy whose responsible for the catchy music on Kolaveri Kolaveri Di – Anirudh Ravichander!

Mr D spoke about how the song came to be on the show saying,

“When Anirudh and I worked on ‘Why This Kolaveri Di?’, we just had a lot of fun and were so casual about it. We had not the slightest inkling that the song would sell like a hot cake and go viral on the internet.”

Apparently the show features different versions of the song in Gujarati and even Punjabi!
