After a long gap ‘Iyakkunar Imayam’ is directing a movie. The movie titled ‘Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum’ is all set to go on floors soon.


The latest at the film front is that the director himself is being cast in a very important role in the film. It has been kept secret what character the legendary director is going to take up. The film features director Ameer, Karthiga of ‘Ko’ fame and Iniya of ‘Vaagai Sooda Vaa’ in prominent roles. G V Prakash Kumar is scoring the music for ‘Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum’.

Bharathiraja’s last directorial venture ‘Bommalaattam’ did not do well in box-office. After this, he did his acting in ‘Rettaisuzhi’, a film produced by director Shankar that also flopped!
