Vishal’s forthcoming action packed entertainer Vedi has been has been censored by the regional censor officials with a U/A certificate.

The reason for giving U/A certificate is the film carries lot of action and violence. Vishal plays the role of a cop while dusky beauty Sameera Reddy will be seen as his love interest. Vivek has been casted to bring out some laughter and Poonam Kaur is playing Vishal’s sister which is an important role in the film. Sun pictures have bagged the rights for an undisclosed high amount.

The film is the remake of Telugu film Souryam which has Gopichand and Anushka in the lead roles.

Vedi is going to release on September 29th for the big Vijayadasami holiday weekend.
