Mayakkam Enna starring Dhanush, Richa Gangopadhyay in the lead roles is progressing at a brisk pace in Erode. This is said to be the last schedule of the film where few important scenes and a song has been canned.

The song is a breezy romantic number shot on Dhanush and Richa in a village near Erode. Director Selvaraghavan and his team have discovered a virgin fresh location for canning this song. Ace choreographer Master Kalyan is directing the song in a different way by using natural lights. The entire shoot will be wrapped up with this five day schedule. The post production will start in Chennai from September 1st, 2011.

Richa Gangopadhyay has tweeted “Marathon traveling! Mysore 2 Bangalore 3 hour drive, then from Bangalore to Hyderabad, then eve flight to Chennai, then Erode for the last stretch shoot of Mayakkam Enna!”

Mayakkam Enna is now slated for Diwali release.
