Remember Vijaya Lakshmi, who shared the screen space with Suriya’s in Vijay’s Friends (2000) and she also acted as Nayantara's sister in Boss Engira Baskaran has reportedly filed a complaint against director Seeman.

The actress has claimed that director Seeman who is also the chief co-coordinator of Naam Thamizhar Iyakkam is refusing to marry her after maintaining a very close relationship with her. For the last three years the actress and the director are meeting regularly. As he is continuously denying the marriage proposal, Vijaya Lakshmi got irked and has approach the police to take legal action against Seeman.

However, sources close to the director have denied the allegation made by Vijaya Lakshmi. "Vijaya Lakshmi had met Seeman for seeking his help for her sister’s divorce. Apart from that, there is no other relation between Seeman and Vijaya Lakshmi. This is just a plan to degrade the director's image," a source close to Seeman.

Meanwhile, the actress would be called for inquiry today and the police are going to ask her relevant documents and other proof of their relationship.
