Sensational actress Tapasee was introduced in films by Tollywood actress-producer Lakshmi Manchu through her brother Manchu Manoj's Jhummandi Nadam. Immediately after Jhummandi Nadam, Lakshmi Manchu signed Tapasee once again for her other brother Manchu Vishnu's Vasthadu Naa Raju. Though both films did not do well at the box office, they brought the actress instant recognition for her glamour!

According to latest reports, Tapasee is apparently not on good terms with Manchu Lakshmi right now and as a result, she is said to have refused to act in Manchu family owned Sree Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures' next film.

Insiders also say that Tapasee signed an exclusive four-film contract with the banner in her early days, including Jhummandi Nadam and Vasthadu Naa Raju. But when Lakshmi Manchu approached the actress to star opposite her brother Manchu Vishnu in their project, the actress reportedly declined her offer, irking the producer.

Lakshmi Manchu is said to have approached the Film Chamber and the Movie Artistes' Association to resolve the issue, but they refused to act against the actress since she is not a member of the association.
