Andrea Jeremiah, the perfect package for performance-oriented roles is currently haunted by a series of controversies.
After shooting for majority part of the film, the actress opted out of Selvaraghavan's Erandum Ulagam as she had difference of opinion with the director and the rest of the team. Later Selva has replaced her with Richa Gangopadhyay and continued the shoot. Andrea is now playing an important role in Udhayanidhi's debut film Oru Kal Oru Kannadi. It was during shooting for this film she landed up into new controversy.
Andrea has arrived for the shoot of OKOK with her make up artist who is from Mumbai. This has irked the Chennai technicians as they don't want outside artist to do the work as the artist did not posses a local membership card. This has grown up slowly into a chaos and the actress supported her make-up artist.
By seeing the actress supporting the artist, the unions got anger and they have halted the shoot for nearly for four hours which was a great loss for the producer.
The hero of the film entered in and settled the issue by appealing the make-up artist to leave the sets on the spot.
By running into continuous controversies, can Andrea make a fruitful career in future?
