It is known that Ilayathalapathy Vijay is making a special appearance in Mankatha but an official announcement is awaited from the filmmakers. Earlier we have seen Vijay making a special appearance in many films. This is going to be a great eye treat for fans of both the wings. The final schedule of the film has been wrapped up in Hyderabad and the team is busy engaging themselves in the post production works and some graphics related works. Mankatha leaves a mark in Ajith's career as it will be marking his 50th film while Trisha hits 40th in her career.
Directed by Venkat and produced by Dhayanidhi Alagiri’s Cloud Nine, Mankatha has an ensemble star cast which includes Trisha, Arjun, Lakshmi Rai, Anjali, Premji, Ashwin, Vaibhav, Mahat and others.
