Rajinikanth, who is undergoing treatment at the Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre for recurrent respiratory infection and gastrointestinal problems, has been moved to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The doctors have shifted him to improve his breathing pattern on Wednesday evening.
A hospital release says that a multidisciplinary team is closely watching his vital parameters to assess benefits from multi-pronged treatment strategies. Doctors say he is responding well to the treatment. Sources also say that the doctors have restricted visitors from meeting the actor.
Meanwhile, Rajinikanth's fans across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka are performing special poojas and homams for the superstar's speedy recovery.
The news popping in the tinsel town is that its only junk food and not having food on time is the real reason behind Superstar's illness. It is also revealed that Rajini has a habit of hiring a local taxi in Chennai and taking a tour of the city in brief intervals. On his way of journey across the city Rajini asks his cab driver to get the food available at the roadside food kiosks. Superstar used to enjoy the local flavors. The doctor's suspected that this might have also attributed to his abdominal problem.
However, grapevine is at a buzz that a video of Superstar inside the hospital is expected to release for his fans and Superstar is also going to address his fans telling them not to worry his health as all is well with him!
TheCinemanews.com wishes Superstar Rajinikanth a speedy recovery!
