Even before Hansika Motwani made her debut movie 'Maappillai' she was the talk of the town and all over the media! She has also bagged critical acclaim for her character in 'Engeyum Kadhal' as she woos the protagonist. The bubbly young talent is also acting in Vijay's forthcoming flick, 'Velayudam' as one of the heroines. Speaking to the media, Hansika expressed that she is donning the role of a typical Tamil ponnu in this film who is a funny, very possessive about Vijay and goes all the way to support him.

Richa Gangopadhyay maybe new to Kollywood movie buffs but she has delivered big hits in Telugu film industry like 'Leader.' She has been roped in to play opposite Simbu in 'Osthi,' a remake of Bollywood blockbuster 'Dabaang.' Sonakshi Sinha played the role in the original flick. After Andrea Jeremiah had a clash with director Selvaraghavan during the shoot of 'Irandam Ulagam,' for obvious reasons, the actress walked out of the sets! The director went all the way to persuade him but didn't success, he finally made few modifications in the script and replaced Richa Gangopadhyay to Andrea… She has now appointed a new PRO to manage her Tamil flicks.
