South Indian superstar Kamal Haasan has confirmed that he would act in the Tamil remake of Malayalam super hit Traffic, which completed 100 days run in theatres last month. He said he would don the role played by Rahman in the original.

"I will be using the entire crew and artistes except one for the Tamil remake. And that artist will be Rahman, as I will be donning his role in the Tamil version," said Kamal, who was all praise for director Rajesh Pillai and screenplay writers Bobby and Sanjay.

Kamal Haasan was the chief guest of the 100 days celebrations held at the Gokulam Convention Centre, Ernakulam. It is learned that the film will be remade in Hindi as well.
