Rajni's Rana: The R factor Rajinikanth, Ravikumar, Rahman, Rana, Ratnavelu: Guess what is common? Well, it's the R factor. Rana, directed by K.S. Ravikumar, is reportedly set in two different time periods: 17th century and the current era. Rana, which will have Rajni in a triple role, will be co-produced by Rajni and Eros International. A.R. Rahman will compose music for this magnum opus and the cinematographer would be Ratnavelu. Rana will be made simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. Bollywood diva Deepaika Padukone will play one of the lead roles.
