Currently Panneerselvam is directing a Tamil film titled 18 Vayasu. Johnny who did the lead role in Renigunta is also doing the lead role in this film also. After 18 Vayasu, Panneerselvam has planned to direct a Telugu film.
Rohit who is the relative of the ex Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu will be doing the lead role. Thamanna has been approached to do the heroine role. Thamanna who is the number one in Tamil films is in dilemma whether to accept this offer or not. But the director is expecting a positive reply from her.
