Coming from the stable of director Shankar, Atlee has impressed all with his maiden project, Raja Rani, a romantic film starring Arya, Nayanthara, Jai, Nazriya Nazim, Sathyaraj and Santhanam. The reviews have been good and the responses from the fans have been incredible.

Celebrities too showered their praises on their social networking pages. Udhayanidhi Stalin, who distributed the film in North Arcot, South Arcot and Salem areas, said he is extremely happy with the response. Dayanidhi Alagiri, Simbu and few other stars, who got to watch the films posted their appreciation to director Atlee and his team.

Now for the big news, our sources confirm that director Atlee has signed his next film. AR Murugadoss and The Next Big Film, who jointly produced Raja Rani, will produce his next film too. His Raja Rani crew consisting of composer GV Prakash Kumar, cinematographer George C Williams and the rest can also be expected to work on this project. The cast is yet to be decided. However, Atlee in a recent interview with us revealed that actor Sathyaraj is his favourite and that he might feature in all his future ventures.
