Arya, the fastest rising busiest star in Tamil cinema has opted out of the Malayalam film Mumbai Police, directed by Rosshan Andrews. Arya has been replaced by Jayasurya in the film for which shooting is starting in January.

Arya had signed this action thriller where he plays buddy to Prithviraj more than a year back. In fact the makers had announced Prithviraj and Arya on the posters of the film at the grand pooja held in Kochi.

Today, Arya is busy doing four big films- Irandam Ulagam,Raja Rani, Settai and Ajith's untitled film simultaneously and has really no dates to spare.
