Tall handsome Vishal, who is shooting in the sets of MGR, was hurt and admitted in Apollo hospitals with a head injury while acting in a fight sequence.

On this Vishal's sister-in-law and actress Sriya Reddy tweeted, "Vishal had a terrible fall while filming for MGR. Landed on his head ... But after a check with doctor at Apollo .. He's resting and doing well." Further she thanked everyone for the concern saying, "Thank you all .... Vishal is doing much better ....thank you all for your concern and wishes will convey the same to Vishal"

Director Sundar C is helming Madha Gaja Raja that features Varalakshmi Sarathkumar and Anjali as female leads for Vishal. Richard Nathan is cranking the camera for MGR while Vijay Anthony is composing the music and background scores among the technical crew. Reasoning Vishal's injury shoots of Madha Gaja Raja are postponed for some time, till Vishal is completely cured.
