The trailer launch function of Ajith’s upcoming film Billa 2 was supposed to be held at Anna Centenary Auditorium tomorrow (July 2) at 6:30 PM.

Paper ads has been issued regarding the event. Our reliable sources now confirm that the trailer launch event is cancelled due to organizing issues. Lets hope that the trailer will be released in youtube tomorrow despite of the cancellation of event. Lets hope for some good news from concerned persons.

Ajith's eagerly awaited Billa- 2, new trailer launch on Monday (July2) 6.30 pm at the Anna Centenary Library auditorium at Kotturpuram in Chennai has been cancelled!

This highly publicised event has been cancelled late on Sunday evening. However there has been no official statement from either producer Sunir Kheterpal or distributor Aascar Ravichandran.

The reason why this big event which was to kickstart the promotions of the film releasing on July 13 was cancelled is not known. Sources say that there has been a fall out between the producer and the distributor over the issue of the event television rights and the pricing of the film.

Anyway all these are part and parcel of the industry. At the last minute some sort of compromise formula will be worked out and film will release on July 13.

Now we hear that, the makers have withdrawn the celebrations and will be releasing the latest trailer videos on youtube directly, by today evening.
