Rebutting reports, actor Daniel Balaji has denied his role in Surya's upcoming film 'Maatran'!

It has been flashed and widely reported that Daniel Balaji, the villain actor, is sharing screen space with Suriya as one of the baddies in the film. But, the actor has come out denying those reports saying, "Those reports are false. I'm not sharing screen space with Suriya or doing any role in 'Maatran'. Some old picture of mine and Suriya is been used in the reports. I wish I would act with Suriya again but I'm not in this film."
  
Daniel Balaji's next film is 'Mithivedi', a film about the landmines were planted during the peak of the ethnic conflict in Sri Lanka. The film focuses how these landmines are still posing danger to the Tamil community in the region. The film is directed by Anand Mayur Srinivas.
  
Suriya's 'Maatran' is directed by K V Anand and Kajal Agarwal plays the female lead. Harris Jayaraj scores the music for the film.
