Vanitha Vijayakumar has filed a divorce petition seeking a divorce from her second husband Ananda Rajan.
The actress, who is the daughter of star couple Vijayakumar and Manjula, was in the news some months ago following the custody issue of her oldest son Vijay Sir Hari with her parents and first husband, actor Akash.

On filing for divorce, Vanitha said that she wishes to go back to her first husband Akash considering the well-being of her son Vijay Sri Hari. She added that the divorce between her and Ananda Rajan would be mutual.
