Superstar Rajinikanth, who is currently taking rest at his Chennai residence after returning from Singapore, will be visiting Lord Venkateshwara Temple in Tirumala on August 14, before he resumes the shooting of Rana.
A VVIP darshan ticket was booked in Rajinikanth’s name by Tollywood actor Mohan Babu, a close friend of the superstar.
Notably, Rajni's younger daughter Soundarya and her husband Ashwin visited the Tirumala temple on Sunday to offer their prayers. Talking to journalists after the darshan, Soundarya said this visit was thanksgiving worship as her father had regained his health after nearly two months at various hospitals. Soundarya's visit was also arranged by Mohan Babu.
